Mostly good, one small issue
I ordered the expandable travel pack and some compression packing bags. The bag itself is great – very spacious and the modular system is clever. Shipping was pretty quick, got to me in about 5 days. My only minor gripe was that one of the zippers on the packing bags felt a little stiff at first, but it loosened up after a few uses. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about cleaning the fabric. Overall, a solid purchase and I'd consider buying from them again.
